About Me

I obtained my MSc at the University of Edinburgh Business School in 2015 and have since built a diverse career spanning multiple industries. I began my journey in advertising, where I developed insights and strategic plans for clients across the beverage, automotive, grocery, and healthcare sectors. My passion for food led me to a role in private label product management at Loblaw Companies Limited. There, I managed a private label portfolio, driving marketing innovation and using consumer insights and trends to build impactful strategic category plans.

More recently, I transitioned to the supplier side of the food and beverage industry leading the insights department with a focus on crafting data-driven strategies for both clients and internal teams, helping grow businesses and develop future-facing plans to meet market demands.

With a blend of advertising, retail, and supplier-side experience, I’m passionate about leveraging consumer insights to drive meaningful business growth, especially in the food and beverage space.
